Respected Members of The Utkal Postal and RMS Co-Operative Society Ltd., as you know our Society is under process to migrate from manual system to online platform, as was proposed and approved in the last GB meeting, for all over better functioning and transparency of UPRCS operating system. Now almost all digital work has been finished and we are ready to migrate to the digital platform. It is well known to all that, migration to digital platform is an critical process which has to follow certain procedures, like pilot operation, partly migration, fully operational mode and error correction. All of these process will take time before being completed to make the system in complete operational mode on digital platform.
Keeping in view of the above process, the Board of Management has decided in the last Board of Director meeting held on 17.02.2024 to temporarily freeze "General Term Loan Application" for the next three months or till the migration is completed and digital platform is fully operational to avoid financial account inconvenience. Therefore from 17.02.2024 on wards no General Term Loan Application will be accepted until next decision of the Management Committee. In this regard the General Loan Application form has been withdrawn and the link will be established once operation on digital platform is completely operational. We hope all member with a broad heart will accept this temporary inconvenience and cooperate with the management committee.
